Fully Custom Tumbler

Please note that each item is carefully created at time of order. During this time, there is an approximate wait of 3-4 weeks processing, which does not include the shipping time.

Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you upon your custom items being completed.

Currently, items are shipped within the USA only using USPS, which takes from 1-7 days shipping.

1. How long does a custom tumbler order take?

• Currently process time for custom tumblers is up to 4 weeks, unless otherwise noted. We work really hard to get the orders out as quickly as possible. If you need a rush order, please allow at least 1 week notice, not including shipping time. Please note that your rush order will be subject to a rush order fee. 
• If rush order is needed, please select "Rush Order" upon ordering. 

2. How long does a custom keychain, pens, trays, or coaster take?

• Custom items  take about 1 week before it's processed out. Please note that if you ordered a tumbler in your order, you will receive all your items together. If you need your ordered delivered at processing time listed above, please separate items at checkout to allow two transactions. 

3. Are there any refunds on custom items?

• Custom items are non-refundable as each item is uniquely created for you. Please take extra attention when ordering your custom item for colors, spelling, and details. 
• If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you.

4. What is "ready to ship" items?

• Ready to ship items will be listed on the site and are ready to be shipped upon ordered. Shipping of these items will be within 2 business days. 

5. Do you offer local pick-up?

Currently, we offer pick-up in Santa Clarita, CA and Long Beach, CA. Please email us at info@beeceesgifts.com to coordinate after order or make note upon ordering. If shipping was charged for pick-up, a refund will be issued for shipping costs. 

6. How do I care for my handmade items?

To ensure that your custom creations lasts a long time we recommend you following the care instructions below: 

Tumbler Care:

• Hand wash only using cool water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or rag.
• Do not put in dishwasher.
• Do not put in microwave.
• Do not soak.
• Avoid leaving your tumbler sitting in hot car or extreme heat.

Coaster Care/Resin Tray Care:

• Hand wash only using cool water, mild dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge or rag.
• Do not put in dishwasher.
• Do not put in microwave.
• Do not soak
• Avoid leaving in extreme heat. 

T-Shirt Care:

• Wash Inside out
• Machine or hand wash on cold cycle
• No bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Avoid Iron around any of the images
• Tumble dry at low heat

Please note that no returns or exchanges on any custom items. If there is a problem with your received item, please email us at info@beeceesgifts.com along with order number within 24 hours of receiving the item for resolution.
