Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping time may be subject to change during the holiday season. Shipping takes anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on where shipping locations is in the US This does not including holidays, Sundays or any other USPS delays. Tracking is included and will be provided to you upon shipping confirmation. USPS insurance is included. Bee Cee's Gifts is not responsible for packages once it is in the hands of USPS. If issues during shipping occur, Bee Cees Gifts will provide information to process a USPS claim.

Please make sure to double check your shipping address. Bee Cee's Gifts can not be held responsible for address mistakes. Should there be any damages during shipping, please reach out to me with photos within 24 hours.  Shipping time is not the same as turnaround time.

Ready to ship items, turnaround time is within 72 hours during business days. Customized items turnaround is within 4 weeks due to current processing. During holiday season there may be delays if noted prior to ordering. Customized items will be shipped out as soon as completed and you will be notified and given tracking information.
