Currently process time for custom tumblers is up to 4 weeks, unless otherwise noted. We work really hard to get the orders out as quickly as possible. If you need a rush order, please allow at least 1 week notice, not including shipping time. Please note that your rush order will be subject to a rush order fee. 

Custom items  take about 1 week before it's shipped out. Please note that if you ordered a tumbler in your order, you will receive all your items together. If you need your order delivered at processing time listed above, please separate items at checkout to allow two transactions. 

Custom items are non-refundable as each item is uniquely created for you. Please take extra attention when ordering your custom item for colors, spelling, and details. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist you.

Ready to ship items will be listed on the site and are ready to be shipped upon ordered. Shipping of these items will be within 2 business days.

If you ordered custom items in same order, please note that your ready to ship items will be included with custom items. If you wish to have your ready to ship items sooner, it is best to make separate order. 

Currently, we offer pick-up in Santa Clarita, CA and Long Beach, CA. Please email us at beeceesgifts@gmail.com to coordinate after placing your or make note upon ordering. If shipping was charged for pick-up, a refund will be issued for shipping costs. 

To ensure that your custom creations lasts a long time we recommend you following the care instructions below: 

Tumbler Care:
